While I got in a fender bender because some jackass clipped me off on 99, I got a referral to Queen Anne Auto Body from my insurance company. I brought the car in and met with Steve and got the estimate in less than 5 minutes. I proceeded to drop my car off the next business day and hoped for the best (as it’s always a gamble). Steve was up front and honest and encouraged me to use my insurance’s web site to check the progress and photos of the repair. The longest part was actually waiting for the parts (understandable). The labor was done super quick and I had my car back to brand-new shape in two business days. So if I am ever unfortunate enough again to get in another accident, I know where to take my car in for body work.
